Well Child Visits

Preventive care is a crucial part of your child’s total health care. Well-child visits allow time for immunization, routine screening tests, an evaluation of growth and development, a screening exam for the detection of developing physical problems, and a discussion of anticipated needs and adjustments. Child visits are also a good opportunity for you to discuss with us any issues that may be of concern to you or to ask any questions related to your child's health.

Please have your card with you at the time of your visit. If we file your claim, you are responsible for the co-pay at the time of visit, along with any deductibles and co-insurance that are due. If we are not a provider for your insurance, if you are not insured or we do not file with your insurance company, you may be responsible for the entire charge at the time of service.
